Lisa Ashbaugh
Board Member
Lisa is the Executive Director of HSAO, a service coordination organization focused on empowering individuals, families, and communities. She has experience connecting community members with the appropriate level of support and service to enhance their quality of life. Under Lisa's leadership, HSAO has expanded its reach and impact, collaborating with various organizations to provide culturally responsive services to diverse populations. Lisa has two children.
Fay Boland
Executive Director
With a proven track record of success spanning over three decades, Fay is the founder and CEO of Donnelly-Boland and Associates, a certified woman-owned business. Her expertise in government contract management, system implementation, and client service has made her a trusted partner for organizations across various industries. Fay is happily married with eight children.
Marianne Kearney
Marianne worked as a financial professional for over 25 years including 17 years at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh. Her various roles at the bank directly supported its mission to assure the flow of credit to their members to support housing finance and community lending, and provide related services that enhance their business and vitalize their communities. Due to a disability, Marianne retired early from FHLB. Her disability and awareness of the need for community support makes her a passionate advocate for CFA and its mission to help those with health and services needs. She is happily married and blessed with two healthy sons.

Susan Levi
Board Member
Susan is a CPA who has led teams of accountants as a CFO. In 2018, she took on the role as the Executive Director of The Alliance for Infants and Toddlers, where they connect young children and their families with the developmental supports needed to thrive. Susan's focus on strategic planning and operational growth enables her to support the mission of CFA. Susan is happily married and has a wonderful dog, Cooper.
